Naturopathic Medicine
Step 1:
Alignment Call or New Patient Naturopathic Intake
New patients can schedule a free 15-minute call to discuss their health concerns and goals. If we decide to work together, the next step is a 90-minute intake appointment. During this session, we will review your medical history, health issues, and wellness goals, focusing on diet, sleep, stress management, and exercise. We will also talk about any necessary lab tests or imaging.
Step 2:
Follow-Up, Lab Review
In the first follow-up appointment, we will review any lab results from your previous visit and create a personalized treatment plan based on those results.
Steps 3-Onward:
Follow-up, Check-In
Follow-ups after the lab review usually happen every 4-8 weeks. These sessions help me guide you through any health changes and challenges you face. We will discuss your symptoms and overall well-being, as well as monitor lab results to ensure your health is improving.
Holistic Nutrition Coaching
Nutrition guidance is included in naturopathic visits, but I also offer standalone holistic nutrition appointments for those needing support with dietary changes. I understand that altering diets can be challenging and potentially triggering due to diet culture. My philosophy emphasizes balance, believing that small dietary adjustments can significantly enhance health over time. I am particularly passionate about pregnancy nutrition, helping women nourish themselves and their babies during pregnancy and in the postpartum season of life.
Appointment Types & Associated Cost*:
I provide both in-person and virtual care. All online appointments are conducted on a secure virtual platform.
*labs, imaging, and treatment recommendations are not included in the price of the appointment.
